Age-based journey

From discovery to leadership

Each stage has its own focus, matched to how students grow.

Four stages

  1. Ages 6–8

    Explorers

Discovering themselves and the world around them. Students meet golf, communication and teamwork through fun, hands-on activities.

  2. Ages 9–12

    Builders

Building skills and good habits. Students start small projects and sharpen presenting, critical thinking and golf technique.

  3. Ages 13–15

    Leaders

Stepping into leadership roles. Students practice leading teams, negotiation, entrepreneurship and financial literacy through real projects.

  4. Ages 16–18

    Fellows

Getting ready for the wider world. Students work with mentors, refine a global mindset and shape their own direction.

Eight competencies throughout

At every stage, students grow eight core competencies: leadership, presentation and communication, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, AI and technology, negotiation and influence, critical thinking and global citizenship. Depth and format adapt to each age.
